Awards & Accreditations

Nearing three decades of remodeling and home improvement services has taught us a thing or two about how to provide the best of the best. Though we don’t like to toot our own horn, we feel it’s important for you to have all the information you need to make an informed decision. Awards and accreditation are examples of a company that cares.

For example, in 2024, we were voted one of the 10 Best Outdoor Living Companies by TheHomeMag. We also have a consistent 5-star rating on HomeAdvisor and an A+ BBB rating. These credentials are important when looking for a reliable home improvement contractor.

Jones Home Improvements of Cottleville, Missouri, is here to help you get the home remodel you want without the headaches. We serve all of St. Charles County, St. Louis County, Jefferson County, and all the towns and communities in between. We will help you love your home again!

“Jones Home Improvements goes above and beyond to provide a stunning product with just as stellar of a crew and customer service personnel. The degree of professionalism and attention to finish detail is remarkable and so appreciated in this era of fast and sloppy workmanship. To find a company that employs craftsmen is indeed rare and was a phenomenal experience.” — Nancy C., Deck Customer, Grover, MO

You will receive a reliable estimate that’s good for 30 days and a to-scale drawing that, when accepted, becomes a high-quality digital blueprint.
We will discuss payment and a possible payment plan.
During demolition and installation, we will create a safe environment and pay close attention to detail and craftsmanship to ensure the integrity of your project.
Once finished, we will thoroughly clean up the area and do a project inspection.
We will also explain the manufacturers’ and JHI warranties, and ensure you love your newly remodeled space.

About Kelly Jones

Kelly, owner of Jones Home Improvements, began building his career in the remodeling and decking industry in 1985, working alongside his father in carpentry and metalworking. In 1995, he founded Jones Construction, now known as Jones Home Improvements.

Throughout his career, Kelly has used his metal fabrication experience to design and develop award-winning products that are still distributed nationwide. Today, he continues to build on that legacy by designing and fabricating creative new deck décor products through Art DecKo™, a company he founded.

He designs and manufactures wrought iron railings without the heavy price tag. Then, integrates these decorative balusters into conventional wood, composite, and vinyl railings, offering more customers design options and one-of-a-kind decks.

Kelly grew up in the area and has built a reputation for being responsive, reliable, and precise. He and his team treat each customer as a neighbor and take great pride in their workmanship.

“So many homeowners think exterior renovations are cookie-cutter and boring, but they don’t have to be. They can be beautiful and personalized too. That’s one of the things I love most about what we do. We help customers customize and personalize their outdoor renovations just like they can for a new bathroom or kitchen.” — Kelly Jones
